Transplanted outside March 2013 		We grow wasabi in a natural environment.
It survives sub-zero temperatures and we
have just received a second batch of seed
from Japan.

We hope to supply fresh wasabi in 2014.

Wasabi has been part of our business plan since 2005 but only now have we found the resources to trial it here in East Sussex.
