Komatsuna
(Brassica rapa perviridis)

Nutritional Information:

A traditionally important dark green vegetable for autumn and winter, komatsuna is rich in calcium, iron and vitamins. The sweetness and vitamin C content is significantly greater during cold spells (below 5 celsius).

How to Enjoy it:

Young leaves are good in salad. Larger leaves are good for stir-fry or can be briefly boiled like Pak Choi. .
